Netbalancer (Repack) – The utility with which the user can distribute Internet traffic between individual applications. The program allows not only to set the speed limit for reception or return, but also to set the priorities of network activity (low, ordinary or high), as well as completely block traffic.
Provides the possibility of managing individual processes, collecting statistics on them and displaying a list of open connections for each of them, the speed of loading/return and the volume of the transferred data. In addition, the program can control the selected network adapters and set the traffic limits for computers of the local network. There is a built -in planner.
Features of the NETBALANCER Repak:
- Does not require registration (patch PAWEL97)
- Optional installation of the program trash module
- Multi -language interface (including Russian /s editors Lrepacks /)
- Picks the external settings file settings.reg (if located next to the installer)
- The possibility of picking up and autocoping user settings (settings, priorities, rules, filters) of the *.xml format program
ATTENTION!!! All repacks are published only in ZIP archives (rarely in RAR and 7Z)!
If you downloaded a small EXE file, this is an advertising bootloader, not a repack!
Archives with repaks are not protected by passwords !!! If an archive with a repack requests a password, it is not a repack in it!
Direct links for loading (Krakenfiles / Yandex disk) are available only for the group “Philanthropist” (what is Premium?).
