ICOFX 3.9.0 (Repack & Portable)
ICOFX (Repack & Portable) – A powerful editor of icons and cursors, which has all the necessary tools for their creation, extraction and editing. The program contains a large number of diverse effects (more than 40), the possibility of setting up a shade, saturation and brightness, color and contrast levels, a built -in converter, file processing function, icon extraction options from .exe files and much more. BMP, PNG, JPG, JPG2000, TIF and GIF graphic formats are supported.
