Sound Normalizer (Repack & Portable) -the program improves, reduces, aligns, restores, volume and size MP3, OGG, APE, FLAC and WAV (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bits, DSP, GSM, IMA Adpcm, MS Adpcm, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, U-LAW) Files without loss ID3, OGG and FLAC tags. The volume change is achieved by checking and normalizing the volume level of these files. Reducing the size is achieved due to the built -in encoders and the normalizer of files.

The program has a package processor for package verification, normalization and transformation of MP3, OGG, APE, FLAC and WAV (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 Bits, DSP, GSM, IMA Adpcm, MS Adpcm, AC3, MP3, MP2, A-Law, U-LAW) files.

The volume level is displayed at a graphic form using percentage value and in decibels (DB).
