            CCleaner is even worse, it not only leaves the name/size of the file, but also some kind of “letter” file equal to the volume of free space (or file, I do not remember), this is on FAT 16.
            And on NTFS (with the MFT cleaning turned on) there are simply many small files (half a kilobyte somewhere) size with the letters “Z”.

            And “RWIPE_AND_CLan_20.0.2350” is generally some kind of strange, except that it leaves traces and many “letters”, so if you clean the file in the Fat 16 file system, I have a “search engine of deleted files in the person of the Minitool Partition Wizard”.
