One of the best programs for changing icons and Windows cursors with one press. The possibility of changing both individual icons and the use of ready -made sets for the complete replacement of most icons of the operating system are supported. Unlike other programs, Iconpackager is able to change any icon in the system.

1. Standard or automatic “quiet” installation of the program
2. All languages except English are removed
3. Built -in topics are deleted
4. The Russifier is integrated
5. The contextual menu of the program is Russify
6. The Russian -speaking Iconpackager Explorer is integrated

ATTENTION!!! All repacks are published only in ZIP archives (rarely in RAR and 7Z)!
If you downloaded a small EXE file, this is an advertising bootloader, not a repack!
Archives with repaks are not protected by passwords !!! If an archive with a repack requests a password, it is not a repack in it!
Direct links for loading (Krakenfiles / Yandex disk) are available only for the group “Philanthropist” (what is Premium?).
